Hey, I have this problem almost for a month and I am really really tired, I email EA support so many times...and I don't have and answer I also use the dispute method of paypal but any answer either....I pay for 3200 points and I have nothing!! I can't buy the last ME2 DLC I can't buy the new DA2 DLC, and I am soo tired and angry..what kind of customer service ignore the clients?
I am not trying to get my money back, I just want the points that I paid,I have not other way to purchase the DLC of the games....hope AGAIN someone can help me this time here
