Would like to thank Bioware for making my decision easy. Going to uninstall Dragon Age and not get Mass Effect 2 and any other Bioware items. Company is worse with its community then Ifinty Ware and they just destroyed the PC FPS community. Made several topics any have recieved 0 comments or replies. This game is more buggier then a newly released MMO

I just want to say that a lot of the time we're not able to respond to posts for two primary reasons:
1) The forum moves very fast. It is very easy to miss a post
2) We're busy doing more than just following the forum
Regarding the first point, it's certainly not our intent to ignore posts of people who have issues. A lot of people post and it's possible that some queries get missed. It's just not possible to keep up with all of the posts, especially since only a handful of us are able to regularly check the forums.
Regarding the second point, while we definitely try to give feedback (even a "we see you're problem and acknowledge it" helps in most cases) and possible solutions, the unfortunate fact is that time spent reading posts and making replies, is time not spent actually fixing issues. I could have been posting earlier today, but I spent much of the morning and early afternoon verifying a bug and finding the bug in the game resources.
It's unfortunate that you had issues with your copy of Dragon Age. As Technical QA, each issue that comes up that blocks someone from playing the game hits a bit harder, because I wish that I had been able to find the issue before it blocked you in your game. And I'm not even one of the playthrough guys. No one here is happy that some people have issues with the game, and we're working our best at trying to fix the issues people are having.
In any case, thanks for taking the time to post on the forums.
Respectfully,
Allan
