Installation and registration were a clusterwaffle, but the game itself runs great. I've spent more hours playing DA on my mediocre laptop than I want to admit or even think about, and it's rock-solid stable. Also, fun

"shoudlnt have to save like 3-6 different files lol just to be safe about losing my game. Bioware should just release a functioning game instead. I'm one of the many unfortunates who had trouble with it."
On consoles or PC, I've never trusted a game enough to not have a couple of save files, spread out over time. Really, it's too bad - and yet very common - that a newly released game has bugs. You can rant all you want, but it's always going to happen. With a game of this length, bugs are pretty much guaranteed. I think the game runs astonishingly well - except for the memory leak and shifty loading times. Problems with the DLC have more to do with this crappy internet design scheme that has you jumping through two different company registrations - something only a professional marketer could have imagined and been proud enough to speak of.
I remember playing Morrowind when it first came out and losing at least a dozen hours to corrupted saves. It happens. Always have multiple saves. You can be mad at the game, but with an RPG of this length, if you don't make some backup saves, you gotta blame yourself as well if you lose too much on one bad save. It's a 16 gigabyte game, so what's a little hard drive space for a dozen save files?

Would like to thank Bioware for making my decision easy. Made several topics any have recieved 0 comments or replies. This game is more buggier then a newly released MMO
I could be wrong but I only see that you made two topics before this. Also you should try describing your problems so people can assist you. Since you're playing on PC do you happen to have the toolset installed?

Out of the huge number of computer component configurations possible, it is a wonder that the game works for so many people. I don't think any game company could even come close to testing the game on every possible configuration. They would be bankrupt.

This game is pretty buggy. I was hoping that they would have launched a new patch by now. But no, all that hype that one day just for DLC? What a bummer. O well; the game's fun!

The game crashed once on me in hundreds of hours of play. I'd say its doing pretty good. Try doing some diags on your computer.
