I get an error on step 2 of the account creation process, saying I didn't fill out the information properly. 

I get through Step 1 of my account information when I import my username (Lacan25) from the Bioware boards.

Then in Step 2, my username field is automatically populated for me (Lacan25), and then I select the avatar to use, and press next... nothing. It gives me an error that I didn't fill out the fields correctly. Please help.

Same exact problem here.



It recognizes my EA and Bioware user name, but refuses to let me go past step two, even after trying to recover them when the box pops up. Had to create a new account.



Expecting more headaches next week when I try to register with my Xbox Gamertag (from in game) since I use the same name that it wont take.

I just created this one to post this problem. The only previous account I have is from the Bioware boards. 


There is another thread about this yesterday and it seems no one has replied.

If you have both an EA and Bioware forum account, you need to link those two from the Bioware forums under 'My Account'. I did that a long time ago, and I use my e-mail addy to log in, but the boards recognize me with my Bioware handle (normally I would have to log in using that handle, not the e-mail addy).

Anyway, I'm not really sure that's the problem. But maybe it'll help.

My primary username (Zantar45) and this one, are already registered and recognized on my EA and Bioware accounts, same with the email and passwords.

For some reason it just wouldn't advance past step 2 with my primary name, even after being prompted to verify.

Have been trying all suggestions for awhile now, all roads lead back to step 2.

A fix for there has been deployed - please test it and post whether it worked or not.

It worked for me, but my games from my bioware account aren't listed on this now.

No, I log in with my email account that I opened two days ago. if I open with my Bioware acoounbt in the mass effect forum i get trough. I linked both account and that seems to work.



Still, when I log in with the ea account i am redirected to the second screen.

If I delete this account on this message board, will it remove the email and usernames from the database?

Still can't get past step 2 as both my email addresses and primary username are taken (by me) , changing my persona and email on my EA account doesn't work either.

Same problem. My EA/Bioware account won't work, had to sign up a different email address.

"Pol Detson" is my EA/Bioware account, I'd get to step 2 and it told me I hadn't filled out some fields.

I'm mainly concerned 'cause I played through Journeys and got all 3 items, then created my characters with the character creator, attached all those to my EA/Bioware account... and I'd like all that to be there when I get the game and log in for the first time.
