In some battles you need to position your squad, and it can be a pain sometimes because it does not work.  I tested this to figure out what was going wrong.  It looks like it only works every other time.

(1) select both bumper buttons
(2) left trigger, select move to, move cursor, then "A"

Only Hawke moves to position ( only one white circle shows up before he moves )

four white circles show up and the whole squad moves to position.

It cycles between these two actions.  Has anyone else noticed this, or is there a way to always make the whole squad move?

It's just buggy, not much that can be done about it, until it gets patched.

Companions don't listen on PC either, from what I've heard.

Yep, happens to me too. I just do the move position twice in a row from the start.
It messes up my attempts at videos though, trying to direct my stupid companions up stairs for example turns into a massive pause-fest.
