 Ok I know this is probably going to be one of those things people will be spilt on opinion because shepherd is meant to be saving the galaxy but I feel that shepherd (at least in paragon form) would want to settle down after everything has happened in ME3 and surely he/she will be wanting to express how much they love their LI and ask them for their hand in marriage (I am not saying they get married during the ME3 but afterwards if shepherd is successful in the ME3 story)

i am not saying that you have to but would you like the option available to you during ME3
 to get engaged?

and before anyone says I do not know anything about if its in ME3 or not its just an idea i have

I don't know in Fable where this is implemented mainly it works and it's not like you have to marry them it's just some npcs won't sleep with you unless you do....So anyway I would probably like the 5 wheel option for this one.

For instance Tali is great but she may not marry shep because he's an alien the fleet might not like that and cause major issues. If she marries she may be forced to live in seclusion on Rannoch or not be allowed to live there if the public votes no. Sense I'm sure they won't be giving up votes anytime soon as far as the Quarians are concerned they need to repopulate and as they operate on what is good for the whole rather then the few her marrying an alien who has zero ability to reproduce with her sense shep is alien and he also do to his death may be naturally be sterile. I would like the option with her to live with her on Rannoch though an official marrage may not be possible for her species to handle this way they're together but in the Quarian people's mind not really. It's a loop hole type of thing.

Garrus however I can't see shep just marrying him maybe because he'd never settle down into some quite unassuming life. There is the whole no kids thing here two but my shep wouldn't be opposed to this. But like Tali living together is better.

Thane's dying so no marrage there, Jack is crazy why would you marry her?, Liara she could be a potential marrage partner she wants to not have to fight someday and she can have kids with shep so she would be high on the would marry list, Miranda would she?, Jacob might be another one who would accept marrage, Samara wouldn't marry, so I guess BW shouldn't do a one size fits on all on this subject. I wouldn't be crushed if BW didn't allow shep to propose to them anyway I mean M and Fshep's voice actors would have to nail it in the feeling and inflection arena for this scene or else fans would riot anyway.

that is true i would love shepherd to start a family  but it would give a more progression and more potential dialogue between your LI in ME3

@Chewin3 I can imagine it, and it's horrible.

Wouldn't it be better if we had some kind of a ceremony were everyone would bow ( Okay, maybe something better than that) to show how much they appreciate what Shepard has done for them

Looks like someone didn't play LoTSB then. Or with a save that included a Liara romance.
Honestly I don't care if it's in or not. But Shepard clearly is the marrying type according to that DLC.

I don't understand how anyone who values choice or the ability to to have LIs wouldn't want the option of marriage in the apparently last installment of Shep-Shep's life. The key word being OPTION.

@LyndseyCousland If there's an option, then your LI will be sad that you said no to the idea. That's usually how BW romances work

Maybe for my Shep who stayed faithful to Ashley through two games. However, I have the suspicion that staying faithful will mostly be rewardless and part of ME3 will be rebuilding that relationship.
