So following the instructions to create a custom morph and apply it to a saved game has been working great.  It does appear to have one issue though:  when shapeshifting in the fade the spirit, burning man, and golem forms all get jacked up to varying degrees, the golem being the worst.  Disabling the custom morph resolves the issue.

I'll link to my uploaded screenshots as soon as they show up on my profile.

Here's the links to the screenshots for any that are interested:

Not quite sure if I meant this to be a question or an informational post....but there it is.

Yeah, it happens. The forms still function properly though, so I didn't worry about it.

Yes, this only happens in the Fade, I wouldn't worry about it much.

Plus, the Golem looks like something Salvatore Dali would draw, perfect for the Fade... heh heh.

If it REALLY bothers you, open your save game and delete the morph name from your character's appearance section, then restore it once you're done with the Fade stage.

Nah, didn't really bother me, cracked me up. I did just delete the morph until I finish up the fade. Thanks for the confirmation it's not just me :)

It's quite bad in my case. When switching to mouse form the entire view is obscured by some massively deformed mesh that I'm assuming is supposed to be the mouse. It's so bad I can't actually see anything at all no matter how much i zoom and pivot the camera. Switching back to human doesn't fix it either, so I guess I'll have to go without my custom morph until I complete the fade.

Interestingly enough, when I picked my save game up again the deformation never occurred. I didn't remove any overrides or anything, so I have no clue why it didn't mess up this time.
