I prefer Fawke, myself.

The proper term is "Lady Hawke."

Usually I prefer lady hawk, but male hawk has some great lines.

Bioware female leads/supporting cast seem to be (overall) more interesting and better voiced than their males. Primarily (for me anyway) Female Hawke and Female Shepard.

I like them both. I consider them as being the same person with the same personality, anyway.
It really depends on who I'm romancing.

This is actually the very first game of its kind that I can truly appreciate both. I do like to be female, because of personal RPing prefrence, but M!Hawke is pretty badass, too.

I've been playing with MHawke lately and I think FHawke's voicing is a bit more expressive. They're both OK though.

I prefer m!Hawke personally. I always have a hard time playing female characters, probably because I'm female myself and I tend to over-analyze every piece of dialogue, animation, and voice acting until I find something I'm offended by. I know. I have a problem.

I pretty much always play male characters in games primarily, usually only trying out a female one once per game to see what it's like. However, in DA2 I'm all about Lady Hawke, I'm on my third Lady Hawke playthrough but I've only done two male Hawke ones. Lady Hawke is definately superior in my opinion.

Lady Hawke.

I almost always play as a Lord Hawke (sounds villainous). Mainly because I feel weird playing as a woman.Although I did start a playthrough as Lady Hawke and I have to say that her voice actress did a pretty good job.

I use Chicken Hawke, or Cawke if you will.

I've played through as both. Honestly, I can't say I have a favorite.
