Wonder how long GI will keep on doing this?
The whole April is Mass Effect 3 month. After that, most likely some other game.

I loved the bit about weapon customization in ME3.
Also, in the very end of the second video: Fornax is..extreme

Well, it's official everyone. Casey Hudson reads Fornax.
Seriously, I'm loving these features. It's great to know that Casey and his team really care about the fans. They listen to all of our feedback, categorise it...Mass Effect 2 felt like a game made for the fans and partly by the fans. From what we've heard so far, Mass Effect 3 sounds even more like what we asked for - it's great to think that our posts have actually participated to ME3's development, and that BioWare read it all - they might even read this thread.
It's nice that Casey took the time to be interviewed and give the fans some love. You've been doing a great job, man - keep up the good work.

glad he's listeneing to the fans (and i wouldnt say thats just PR talk i actually believe him), just hope he takes ACTION for what we are saying
hes sorta said its gonna be like me2 with the gameplay and combat, just improved. which is fine by me because the combat in me2 was improved
but still lack of info on major changes like hub worlds, re introduction of exploration, skill trees etc. hope theyve implemented the core things of me1 really

But it's cool to know how they name everything. (I thought ME1's naming system seemed a little patchwork... too many -gon -opto suffixes in the planet names!).

Well, if you listened, then you heard him say that they don't like to just do exactly what the feedback says. I.e. they do take ACTION but that doesn't mean it's going to be the ACTION you personally would have wanted them to.
