hey i was wondering how to get my status from xbox live to track here (my achivements and stuff) or is it only for PC the data uploading?

It's not working correctly for the Xbox at the moment. That is a bug.

It has updated from the Xbox 360 for many other people, but I haven't been able to make it work. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

You are doing nothing wrong. Many people of all 3 platforms are having trouble uploading to the site, there is an 18 page thread about it. I have the PS3 version and it has uploaded nothing for me.

Thanks guys. I was wondering if I actually could have my player from my 360 version of the game uploaded here. Thought I was too dumb to figure out how to do it.
