Please assign different buttons for skipping the dialog and choosing the dialog.
It is often the problem that while skipping the cutscene, we accidently choose a dialog we had no intent of using. Now I know you guys work pretty hard at making cinematics and animations but there are people who have played mass effect games more than the no. of years they have been on this planet.
So, please please please. Assign different keys/buttons for these two jobs. Get this done so that we can blow our mind with ME3.
Please Bioware: Separate buttons for skipping the cutscene and choosing a dialog!

Yes, choosing wrong answer is quite annoying, especially when the cutscene is closing a long battle.

On the PC version of Dragon Age 2 that was how it was setup with Escape being what skipped dialog so I would hope it will carry over to Mass Effect 3.

I agree.
I kept having repeated conversations because I tried to skip through them and ended up asking the same question again.

Hell yeah. I'd also like to add make sure every damn cutscene can be skipped. Nothing is lamer than failing to kill X or kill X the way you want and having to reload and see the same damn scene X number of times in a row.

Heh, as long as they keep the unskippable long cutscenes like couple of minutes at the game's beginning or 40 seconds Arrival then I'm pro.

This change definitely needs to be made.

Why is there a need for a dialogue button in the PC version anyway?

Yah. I've lost count of the number of times where I've unintentionally told people to **** off because my mouse cursor happened to be sat on the renegade option.

It wouldn't hurt if they could change it. I know that I've had this problem now and then.

Agreed, I hate when that happens.
Also no more long unskipable cut scenes before character creation! *foams at mouth* In fact just no more long unskipable cut scenes full stop.

This would be nice.
Edit: But maybe activated/unlocked after you have completed the game.

I'll jump abroad this ship!
I've replayed ME1 & ME2 so many times that I'm mostly likely going to do the same for ME3 and would like that option with the buttons.
