So I've been at this for at least 2 hours now, I have reviewed most of the posts to see if i could fix this weird glitch, but nothing has worked. Once you get the word from the Illusive Man about the Horizon colony and going to see Ash Williams, I went through the world normally, killing almost everyone and making sure I got all the safes and stuff open, then I get to the cutscene with the mechanic and I go through it telling him to just stay behind, I open the door to the battle outside and once I get out there the floor is gone, like I cant move anywhere. My swaud can move if I command them but they get stuck and fall to the ground. I'm literally stuck at the gate just looking at the Collectors and they too are frozen, I can still shoot them and waste ammo, but I can't move.
I've uninstalled and then re-installed the game, got the new patch, changed some graphics to make sure.
Horizon map gone, cant move on
