ARGH. We finally get to see a turian planet and it's on fire. WHY, BIOWARE? I've been waiting for so long for Palaven in all its turian glory. This is practically trolling. T_T

I will have a sad if Kenneth isn't back, but I don't really care about any of the rest of the Cerberus crew.

Thank you for the info!

Another text segment describes... and boy, this is a big one for turian-lovers such as myself... that Palaven has been rendered completely inoperable as a military stronghold, and that the turians of Palaven (either militarily or as a whole) have been forced to evacuate to a nearby moon that apparently is very barren, to really accentuate the turians status as hardened survivors.

And I wanted to visit Palaven the most out of all alien worlds... :crying: Well, hope this meant I can give Garrus and his family a shelter on the Normandy. Without Cerberus crew (I'll miss Kelly, Gabby and Ken a lot, btw!) there will be plenty of space anyways.

EDIT: One thing I forgot to mention: they say that the factions of the galaxy are on the verge of civil war and  is that we might possibly have to choose between them in ME3, such as the quarians and geth, citing Kaidan and Ashley as an example but on a galactic scale. Gulp.

Ugh... So, Virmire-2? :unsure:Can't we settle this by sacrificing the one who survived the first choice and be done with such type of situations? Just joking:)

On more serous note, I hope there is a chance to settle things peacefully. Maybe, peaceful solution should be just very complicated and maybe even involve choices from previous games, like if you really want to save both, you have to go back and replay ME1 and ME2 and make right decisions for this.

Just bought and read the magazine, was quite and interesting read but as usual LEVEL got a lot of things wrong. They mistook a Rachni for a Collector for one...

Great news, great news. This game is getting better and better by the article... xD

Groundbreaking revelations were expected, but I wonder if the comparison with Star Wars was meant to hint at some family revelation (or Reaper/indoctrination related?).

And DAMN, I kinda knew there´d be a "Virmire Choice" in regard to the factions :/
I hope it isn´t the case with the Quarians/Geth (I mean, the Geth do want peace, only the Quarians need to be convinced =D), or else I might have to forget about my dear Tali =( ( that´s gonna be one hell of a dramatic playthrough if this happens, though ;D)

And thanks for the trans, Arcian!

Yes and I noted that. There were some other minor things, and of course a lot of info that we've already heard. But since they actually were in Edmonton and spoke with the team face-to-face, I'd say that gives them some measure of credibility even if they got a few things wrong in editing.

Arcian, you deserve real-life Kamina glasses for cranking the awesome up to eleven with this article summary. Damn it, Bioware, you'd better not keep torturing me like this all they way until November!

Also, is it a bit pathetic that I'm more upset about the destruction of Palaven than I am about Earth?

Seriously there's too much spoilers now, just give us some gameplay and we'll be happy until the game comes out.

"In a text segment the article writer lets us know that Derek Watts, the art director, accidentally spoiled him with a plot twist of "Luke I am your father"-calibre. Fortunately the article writer decided to keep it for himself. Fun stuff to look forward to, in other words."

Reapers twist. I'm calling it.

Reapers are Shepards father!  Funny how people thought Earth was the only planet being attacked.

Humans = Protheons.

The Protheon guys at the Mars base survived and after the reapers left they realised their whole empire were done for so they went to Earth and restart their culture(wiping out the neanderthals in the process).

Remove the cypernetics from the statues on Ilos and you will see a human.

Kinda scared to read the post... is there a COMPLETELY spoiler free summary somewhere? I don't want to know a single aspect of the story before the game comes out, or at least as little as possible.
