According to the Wiki Ashely's military job is B4 the B stands for infantry so not sure what the S in the screen shot is for though. Maybe it has to do with her becoming a Spectre if it's true she is one.

Shepard's default armor has N7 on it .

what line in the conversation on Horizon alludes to this?
Ash was extremely disheartened to bump into shep on Horizon....shep can even ask her if she is upset at seeing Shep there....working with Cerberus...which is believed (according to her) responsible for the abductions.
