I have one character who has leveled up 7 times and two entirely new characters that aren't showing up on my profile for DA:O. Is there a way to "force" an upload? No? Worth a shot...

Check your profile diagnostics for the number of already uploaded files. If you exceed the 50 files limit your profile stops updating until you make some more room (either by deleting characters or screenshots from this site).

Check this link. It's been known for certain technical aspects of the game (Specifically one of the services) to either not work or be tempermental, so sometimes it needs a good kick up the backside.

My diagnostics say that I've used 45 of 50 spaces and that I've used 3.04 MB of 100 MB allowed. I deleted a few screenshots, but the # of files hasn't changed yet. Nor has my character profiles.

I have the same issue and asked the same question on this old 4 page long thread.

Make sure you don't have your console enabled. This fixed my DA2 profile, but not my Origins (for PC).

Still need my Origins to update and for DA2 to delete characters.

And the link OnlyShallow89 mentioned has nothing good for player profiles. I've also messaged a moderator about this player profile updating issue, and he said they're working for a solution (but this was like a few weeks ago).

Sounds like the "phantom files" bug, where deleting screenshots/characters doesn't actually delete the files from the online storage.  Unfortunately there's no way to get rid of those ghost files.

A "delete all files from my online storage" button would solve everything, but they spent all their resources on the Awesome Button instead.

So there's no fix? Well, I knew it was a long shot.

I'm having trouble getting my game progress and my characters to upload onto the site too. Right now, Bioware Social Network doesn't think I have any characters whatsoever when really I have two (I deleted my first character), and it thinks I have only a few achievements when I know for a fact that I have more.

However, I've been running the game from a console-enabled shortcut from my desktop for the past few weeks. I just launched it up from the EA Download Manager. We'll see if that fixes things.
