I just did a earthborn shepard and did every single mission in game and no email, no only is it very poorly written, it also contradicts the fact that every time an earthborn shepard's past is brought up they say that he has no family

Alright I’ll bite. What background was this on and what DLC are you referring too?
Cause Spacer doesn’t have a home on earth, earthborn does not have a family and outright says this and colonists family is dead.
This sounds like fan fiction not something from the game and being that you have not registered your games I'm fairly certain you making this at this point. No offense

Ive done Arrival, like 4 times and ive never got that Email in the game afterwards.

well I created a accout  here so that I could hear the latest news about ME3 and decided to post my first thread to get discussion about cameos. 

To answer your question, I recieved this email in the Earth Background with renegade male shepard after the DLC Arrival. Also to add I'm playing on the Xbox 360 pro.

I'm actually not sure? I don't read the codex or lore to this game so I have no idea what they call it?
