DA:O Ultimate installed on new computer, DLC not authorised

I recently bought a new computer because my old one ate it, and upon install I discovered that the DLC isn't authorised even though it's linked to the same account that I used on my old computer. Attempting to redeem the code again doesn't work (obviously). Is there some absurdely simple way to fix this that I'm ignorant of?

Oh, and I should note that it's Ultimate Edition.

You do not have to re-enter the code. That's a one-time thing. Ideally, you should have UE installed, and once you log in, it should authorize the DLC. It may take a few moments. If this does not happen, then check out the threads pinned to the top of the forum. This one is a good place to start:
