I got ME2 as a part of DA2 special offer, but they didn't send me Cerberus code in the email, and when I'm trying to use the DRM key (DTFF5*********************) the game says it's already in use. Am I doing something wrong? I don't have to purchase the code in addition to the game itself, do I?

Here's a link to a thread that is going over it. http://social.biowar.../index/752872/1

I am having the same problem with my copy. The thread Charlett linked is a year old and not part of the DA2 offer they just had.
I contacted EA support and they sent a response that they made some sort of adjustment and it should be available, but nothing changed in my account history so I thought it didn't work. After I logged into the game though my EA account connected so I think he just did something to tie my login to it.
Moral: Send support a message!

I sent support a message, they asked for the order details, and I haven't heard from them for 3 days since then. What the ****? Bioware/EA's online division really needs a purge.

Use the online chat facilty instead of sending them an email. You should get it fixed up within 30 minutes or so. Most of that time is waiting for a rep to become available, 5-10 minutes to get it fixed.

OK, I got a reply some 3-4 days ago. They said that Standard Edition of ME2 (that apparently came with the offer) does not come with Cerberus code. Is this true or am I being a victim of fraud here? Do such thing depend on the region maybe?

I couldnt answer that. I assumed that the copy they gave you would be the same as if you went out andpurchased it, but maybe its not. Purchased copies come with a copy of the Cerberus Network, but seeing as they have just given you a full copy of a game (sans DLC), it might be possible they expect you to now fork out your own money to buy the related DLC that goes with said game.
Did it say on the webpage that mentioned the promotional offer that the copy of ME2 you received would be complete with access to the Cerberus Network, or were you just assuming it would because purchased copies did?

It didn't say that, but it came with Firepower Pack so I assumed I would be able to use after buying the game. That's some high-class scam if EA just decided to force me to purchase the Cerberus code in addition to the game, especially since it costs around the same as DA2+ME2 cost me.

How are they forcing you to purchase it? Cerberus Network is DLC. You dont have to get it if you dont want to. It just contains Firewalker, Zaeed, and Normandy Crash Site missions.
Unless you are talknig about logging in to the game, in which case all you do is use the same account that you log into these forums for.

That's the point: I can't log in in the game, it demands "cerberus network key", whatever it is. So I can't access any DLC at all, because I can't log in.
