So, here's the deal: I suffer from a benevolent posession called "Merrill" which makes it hard for me to romance anyone but her.

So far i have managed to pull off a Jandersmance playthrough (though this was the hardest <.<) and a Bellamance.
I still want to Romance Fenris and Isabela/friendship (the other was rivalry)

So, to the questions:
I know that Anders and Merrill destroys other relationships once you Grey their Warden even if you turn them down after the act.

1
I was just wondering, is it possible to wait with the flirty option for each companion after you romanced, say, Anders. Like this:
Act 2: Flirt Anders => Do Blackpowder qurtesy => Do Anders Quest => Arl his Eamon/Turn down => Flirt with Fenris => Do his quest => Polish his sword => Flirt With Bella => Crown her King => Flirt with Merrill => Do her quest => F*ck her/Let her move in.
Thus ending up with Merrill, or does sleeping with Anders in the start prevent you from ever starting another Romance?

2
Back to the "Anders/Merrill destroy romance" part.
This one is shorter:
Can you romance Isabela and Fenris at the same time?
Or does one of their conclusions in Act 3 end the other?

Thanks! Posted Image

You are correct, you can sleep with everyone and reject them all after the deed.

I've done isabela, merrill and then anders in one playthrough. They will ask before they grey your warden what your situation is with your previous encounter.

I also tried to romance merrill and isabela in a single playthrough, but merrills romance cancels out isabelas. She will treat you normally, besides a conversation with varric. I'm not sure about fenris.

Fenris is weird, it works for some people the way you describe it (i.e. not do any of his dialogues/quests in Act 2 until you turn down someone else you want to romance first) but for a lot of people it doesn't work, meaning as soon as you sleep with anyone else Fenris's romance gets shut down. So I'd say to be safe sleep with Fenris first, then Isabela, Anders and last Merrill.

How about my second question?
Can you Romance Fenris and Isabela at the same time or do you have to make a choise in act 3?
(I want to romance both of them, but it would be awesome if i could do them both in one run.)

As I said, Fenris's romance is shut down if you romance anyone else, so no.

So I've got full friendship with Isabella and am romancing her but I also have full rivalry with Merril and she just showed up to apologize and had a rival romance with her. Then I went to the hangman and Isabella asked about it and I said she was the only woman for me. She said of course, just don't tell Merrill. But does that mean that Merrill's romance still cancels out the Isabella romance? I like isabella better and I'm not so far from that save to go back and redo it.

Not true. I romanced Isabela and romanced Fenris afterwards. And no i didn't choose any broken heart icons with Isabela.

If you sleep with Merrill, you are very likely to end Isabela's relationship. This is intended behavior. Your best hope after sleeping with Merrill is to get into a bugged hybrid state where Isabela-specific conversations treat you as in a relationship with her, but non-specific conversations don't (banters, Zevran cameo, who Varric says stays with Hawke at the end, etc.). You can still get the achievement this way, but you lose out on some of the special Isabela-related scenes.

If you want the full Isabela experience, don't offer to polish Merrill's eluvian.

Thanks Hooray. I've tried it both ways now. If I tell Merrill she can move in then Isabella asks about it at the Hangman and even if you tell her she's the only one, she still talks to Merrill during play telling her she's happy for her that she found someone. If I tell her it was just a fling, then she leaves, doesn't get the new armour and Isabella doesn't say a thing about it.

Had fun with Isabela, rejected.
Moved onto Fenris, got rejected, and mourned.
Had fun with Anders, talked about sandwiches and broke up with him.
Fell in love with Merrill.

That's my current playthrough. Will Fenris come back for love? Will Anders seek the revenge he desired so deeply? Will I sleep with Isabela behind the Ale Barrels?

Find out next time on Dragon Age Z!
