That would be kewl but in the beginning of ME3 shepard leaves from some chicago super city or something in America, and the Clock Tower guy is in the UK, it would be odd for shepard to take go sight seeing and notice a stranded sniper in Big Ben. Idk if they do meet im sure it'll make sense in some respect.

I think he 'just' an Alliance Light Soldier / Infantry and the husk he shot was clearly human husk, you wil lsee it in the extended trailer of 'take earth back'

Well he was stuck up Big Ben for 3 days taking pot shots at anything that moved. That was the best easter egg in the game IMHO, I couldn't help but grin like a mad man.

(Oh and here is Major Coats in Fable 3 if anyone is interested - The more I listen the more it does sound like Nicholas Boulton)
