Does anyone else think Merill is too much like a little sister to romance?

I agree.

It's also possible to let her down after the "pearl-polishing" or whatever youngins these days call it :P

....at least I've heard.  That would be evil though.

"Pearl-polishing". I've learned so many new delightful euphemisms since joining this forum I'm going to have to write them all down someday.

Now we just need Merrill to call Isabela 'tomcat'.

It was hoorayforicecream's, but they are indeed delightful.

Starting a Merrill romance is like taking in a stray kitten. Starting an Isabela romance is like leaving tuna out for a stray tomcat.

I do love the taste of tuna. :?

Apparently so does Isabela.

With wasabi. Mmmmm. Spicy.

That's just wrong.

If you experience a burning sensation in your mouth or throat while eating, my suggestion is to immediately stop and go see a doctor.

Do you dislike spicy food or something? I find spicy foods quite delectable when the mood is right. :?

Spicy food is the best food.
Being a Texan with a bit of Cajun in me, this makes me an automatic expert on spicy food, by the way.  B)

Nah, that's just the salve Anders gave her.
