According to the brain surgeons at Best Buy my HP laptop should run DA2 with no problem.  When I run the game the opening videos play then the first  battle begins.  During the first or second action the screen and sound freezes followed by a 'crash to desktop'.  According to the game my system is:

Thanks for any advice on how to get around this problem.  DA2 looks to be a very intense game.
