At the beggining of Act 2, I had Isabela coming home and chose the heart option. After, we've talked in the bed she went away and I didn't get any other other scnes with her at home until the quests for retreiving the relic. The thing is I've been checking if I have done every quests in Act 2 before moving to Act 3 and I've noticed that Varric has a quest named "Friendly Concern" where hes talks to you about your romanced companion... the thing is I didn't get the quest.

Isabela is 80% of the time on my team (until recently where she's been off because of "Demands of the Qun" quest and I gave her the the Boat in a Bottle. I found she does have an other gift called the "Rivaini Talisman" that can be found in Act 3...

So did I screw up somewhere in the romance or I'll still be able to get Varric's quest eventually in Act 3 after giving her the gift or doing something else ?

I believe that quest is currently bugged so you only get Varric's conversation if Anders is your LI.

So you should be fine. You'll know for sure in the Hanged Man conversation that follows her Act 3 quest.

The quest is bugged and only shows up for an Anders romance.
