Aaaah alliteration! Anyways is it possible to just make an archer solely capable of just auto attacking with crits?

The short version: yes, but the equipment needed isn't available until Act 3.

It's definitely doable, specially with the BE bow right at the beginning of act 1, you crit pretty hard with that, there's definitely a good amount of bows to use. I'm not sure why you wouldn't at least take assassin though for the free huge damage that comes along with it. But yeah it's definitely viable and possible.

IN1's solo archer build is pretty solid. You crit pretty regular with it.
