 I bought Dragon Age: Origins a while back on XBOX Games on demand , which makes it a new game, right? Well, I've read that all new games have a codes entiltling you to the Shale DLC and a set of blood dragon armour. I wondering where I can get these codes with the games on demand version (as I obviously do no have a physical case with a code inside it) or if the codes are included with it at all.

A few others have had the same problem; I think an email is supposed to be sent out though I myself am unsure (and no-one has confirmed that that is standard procedure as far as I know).

You'll have to contact EA support. Seeing that it's a fairly common problem with the download version it should be able to be remedied easily by them.

I clicked on the EA link that Obaka posted, and then clicked Contact Us. I didn't wanna go the phone route, so I did the Live Chat. Just told the guy I bought the game on Xbox Live. He asked for my Gamertag and Email, and like two minutes later he said he activated it. I turned on the game and went to the DLC section and there it was. Took like 15 minutes.
