Okay, I tried to download Mass Effect 2.  I followed the instructions and got the code, then went to the EA Manager and typed in the code.  It then prompted me for yet another code, so I entered it again and now get the "The product code entered is already used."

So, I am totally unable to download Mass Effect 2 with the code I was given.  Any ideas on what to do?

Maybe they want to verify that it's your code and therefore want the dragonage 2 code as well. I fact I don't know just spawning what it might be

Same here - entered my code for digital download of mass effect 2, it asked me which language i wanted, then took me back to an 'enter code' dialog again. Mass Effect 2 code now gives "The product code entered is already used." Have tried adding the DA2 code but no luck.

woohoo - found it. not very user friendly! If you look in 'My Games' you should see that ME2' has now appeared. Click on it and you will get the download link. I expected it to start downloading as soon as i'd entered the key.

Same problem exactly here, they say my code has been used already ! Yet I have nothing in "My games"...

EDIT : found the way, you have to select "refresh my games"

Or try to manually log out and then log in.
If that doesn't work (which shouldn't happen) uninstall EADM. It's simply the software not refreshing your games.
