Where, how etc do I find out how to re-download & install the game?

I have tried EA & Bioware sites but I see no place to download other than the purchase process.

Hmmmm. Unlike Steam and Direct2Drive, Maybe EA does not allow downloading more than once??
I had not backed up my files when my HD died...bah.

Found the answer. I had to use an old ea account and download the EA Download Manager logging in to that with my old email. FYI
