I know it's a really bad picture that doesn't give you a whole lot to work with, but there aren't too many helmets in the game with wings and colors like that. If you have any idea what it is, I would really appreciate it.

It is the same model as Sentinel set from DA:A, think it might be Duty of the effort set. http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Effort
however that doesnt seem to be the right colour, but the toolset would probably be able to tell you.
