Must resist grammar **** impulses, not resisting well... My favourites are a tie between the entirety of Overlord, Tali's loyalty mission, and Arrival, naysayers be damned I thoroughly enjoyed being able to finally live up to my infiltrator title.

they both just have a nice built up epicness to them the first time i did virmire i thought it was the end of the game just because games generally dont have such a "finale" type mission feel to a 3/4ths of the game mission.

Virmire,Citadel, i also like BDTS because they introduce the batarians
Suicide Mission,Garrus(archangel recruitment),Lair of the shadow broker by far...and although the design is pretty poor I enjoyed the tali recruitment mission too.

Oh yes overlord was cool too
