 Hi guys, admins and players alike.
Here's my problem, one of the main quests will not start. 
I am playing on a PS3 console and I do not know how to fix it. The quest is called 'Act of Mercy' 
Can someone direct me to the solution of something to help?
The only solutions I seem to see is the PC version.
HELP! Please!
