Well, yeah, we know this kind of works. But there's an IP check, so we need to use non-russian proxy in addition to changing our countries in EA and PayPal accounts. It is some sort of solution, but imo this kind of workaround is somewhat fishy and reeks of illegality. I can buy some points this way, sure, but i would take purely legal method over this one even if it was more expensive.
If some BioWare employee is reading this, can we please get any update on this situation, or some other feedback? I have sent few emails to EA Russia support, but everything i got from there were answers like " We are not responsible for any support on this kind of issue. Please send this question to <some other email>, thank you". From every email adress that i wrote to, i got pretty similar response. I feel like support of EA Russia is nonexistent or really doesn't give a damn about customers.
