I agree with most of what was written already. Also:
- Accepting the "Justice" quest from Anders, and realizing that the sela petrae was fertilizer for bomb making. It gave me a sinking feeling for the rest of Act III.
- Hearing King Alistair call my Warden "the old ball-and-chain"

Cat fight between Marian Hawke and rival Aveline, this is the first thing came to my mind:unsure:very dramatic moment
Now to the topic,
my favorite one is rivalmance between rude male Hawke and Merril, I found this romance fits perfectly with their personalities (still dont like the outcome of isabella's romance). Another one is the same with OP. Ketojan's Suicide just gave me the chills when I first saw it, very respectable though tragic

This game really is good, because it gives a lot of memorable moments!
- The murder of Leandra. Gave me the creeps, so utterly horrific and helpless I felt.
- The endgame, this is perfection of dark fantasy. Hawk killing Anders, the crazy slaughter of innocents on either side.
- Merril, having to slaughter her entire clan in self defense, omg, this soul must be broken beyond repair after that.
- All party members are very memorable, once you get to know how to get the most dialogue out of them. Hawk is not a solo hero, he feels like part of a team, everyone adds so much to the story. Sometimes I felt just like helping the real main actors, like Varric Isabela or Aveline.
- The Qunari are infinitely cool, and that Qunari-music-theme is just perfect.
- The NPC banters, so wonderful and hilarious!
- Cullen, because I know him from my in Origins playthrough as female Mage Warden, who tried to seduce him and found later during the Circle´s infestation that she had succeeded in a weird wrong way.
- etcetc!

When Varric ended the whole story with "I call it...the aristocrats!"

Memorable moments, good or bad, for me were:
1. Bethany being taken to the Circle. This was my first play through, and I wanted to make sure she would not die like Carver. It totally ruined the victory of the expedition.
2, Bethany dying in the deep roads. When Varric said Hawke would be very rich and it was not all for nothing, I couldn't help but feel Hawke wished he could give it all away just to have his sister back.
3. Anders killing the mage Ella in the "Dissent" quest
4. Merathari's death and the Dalish mob
5. That moment when Hawke realizes that Meredith is the person Bertrand sold the idol to.
6. Isabela handing over the Tome of Koslun and the duel with the Arishok.
7. Fenris greeting the Arishok with quotes from the Qun. Did not see that coming.

different than before i followed the witty reply line of femhawke even in awkward situations, just to find out that this reaches far more depth than before.
-In the core of touching and drastic events Hawke trying to maintain and rely on Humor shows how fragile he/she is and how much of a defense mechanism it is. As examples the scenes with Leandra in her arms or the Viconts son dead in his arms.. She tries to keep the smile on and struggels.
Thats great depth and a fantastic char development on writer-side. Kudos! Its touching and these were emotional memorable events which i will keep in mind for years to come when thinking about this game.

Personally I loved my mage Hawke deliberately antagonizing Meredith throughout the entirety of Act 3 and getting away with it (since Meredith couldn't do anything to her without igniting the riot already set in motion by the nobles who're pissed about her overstepping her authority). In a weird way it sort of cemented Hawke's desire to help other mages, since it was obvious her status gave her this special protection that she could use to her advantage when it came to helping out the underground resistance without any imminent worry about getting caught.
Alternately, there was that time I played a rogue, and when Meredith brought Bethany's presence in the Circle up to try to guilt/threaten me into helping her I responded "never heard of her," and Meredith just laughed at me.

For some reason I always find the quiet moment when Hawke and his companions are on the boat to the gallows at the end of the game very memorable. It sort of feels like, after all the terrible things they've been through together, they are finally going to meet destiny, and there's no need to speak.
yep, this. My last two playthroughs I chose a party just so I could see those certain companions on that boat in the end.

When Sebastian fell to his knees and says( maker no)
The deep roads, giving up Bethany to the Grey Wardens
Seeing Bethany as a Grey Warden
Merrill having to kill the keeper
Isabella admitting stealing the Qun
Isabella returns with the Qun
Hawk mothers dies
Hawk conversations with Arishok and when yells u should be grateful.
When woman says but the Hangman is so filthy and Varrick marks her and laugh, Isabella says they so Orlaisen and Fenris says it is filthy
