I recall Bioware said before the game was out in the shops that the fade would be imporant part of da2 or somthing on those lines.
Ive personally only ever managed to go to the fade once during a quest I was wondering If I missed anymore?
How many times do we enter the fade?

It's not important because you go there, it's important to the story due to the fact that the veil is very thin in and around Kirkwall.

Agreed, also for the Deep Roads, they were woefully short in DA2. Ridiculous really, just another example why Bioware should stick to their guns and not pander to the whims of every 'here today gone tomorrow' fan.Matchy Pointy wrote...
