[Apathy1989]

Just sharing what you have, and what you recommend to everyone.


Minor Morphs: Alistair, Zevran, Carver, Anders, Aveline, Elthina, Sebastian, Orana, Hands

Complete Remorphs: Merrill, Bethany

Rogue Champion armour changed to black, Warrior changed to grey. I think purple only looks right on the mage.

Some elite/dlc weapons changed so they glow (eg Coldblood top glows)

Pineappletree's Vibrant Hair, Eyes and Colours.

No Gibbing mod. Comical seeing so many bodies after a fight.

No secondary requirements mod. Removes con/cun/will from armour requirements.

Vengeful mod, which replaces Pancea with +5 con and +20 regen passive skill, and removes vengence damage resistence penalty.

Mod that removes requirement for number of points in a tree to unlock an upgrade. (eg no longer need 3/5 points in specialist to unlock speed upgrades)



Anyone got other recommendations?

Only using mods for character creation. Those include:

Chargen Revamp

New blood smear and custom skin

PT's Makeup Intensifier

PT's vibrant colors

PT's vibrant eyes

PT's vibrant hair

I'm looking for a mod, which enables all nose and eye shapes no matter what face model preset you use, but so far I've been out of luck in finding one.

In addition I have used Gibbed's save game generator for DAO to create some different experiences in DA2.

Let's see...

I have this great mod, which gives the Creatures/Darkspawn/Undead better textures.

Then I have this lovely robe for my Mage!Hawke~

I also recommend this funny Mabari Summon Replacement Mod. But only if you don't mind some overpowered 'Mabari'(I have the dragon for now) following you xD

As for companions, I have for example this mod for Anders~ I find it quite ironic, him running around in that 'white vest', that's why I like it so much x'D

And one of my fav mods, is this one~ I really love the unique weapons for all my companions~ Sabal1984 who made the mod really did a great job there and even added a small story to every weapon too x3

Well, I have many others, but those are some of my fav's, who make the game replayable(at least for me).

Edit:
I totally forgot to mention this mod(even if someone is going to kill me because of that xD). It's just that Isabela really looks better with pants in my opinion~

Retexture of Anders first outfit so it doesn't wash him out quite as much. I leave his second outfit alone. The black is smexy enough already.  

Carver outfit retex paired with the Finery Mod so Hawke has something cool to wear in his manor. I only install the retex to Carver's wear after the Deep Roads so he and his brother won't be wearing exactly the same thing.

Retex and specular map fix for Mage champion's armor. I prefer the brown fur look myself. It looks great with auburn haired Hawkes.

No Stat Restrictions on equipment. Because I play a mage and I hate wearing robes, so now I can don cool rogue armors without wasting skill points.

War Dog, because dog needs love too.

A morph for Alistair and one for Teagan. Normally I don't run with anything that changes companions or NPC face morphs, but these guys looked so different from their past incarnations, it was breaking my immersion.

Chargen Revamp, but of course.

Modded Parthalan so it evolves and a few items from Sunnie's other pack (thank you again!)

And...I think that's it. Anything else I can't remember at this time.

Heal/ potion cooldown reduction and the mod that opens the Heal tree up to Merrill and Bethany

Chargen Revamp

Mod that removes the dribble shelf from the mage Champion armor

No secondary stat restrictions on equipment- it's a real dis to blood mages to have to put pts in willpower just to wear mage equipment

Most of the ones I've got at the moment are covered already, but I'll add Glowing Weapons, which I've come to like. Staves look far more spiffy now, even if it does sort of amplify the whole hardly-anyone-can-tell-you're-a-mage thing.

Oh, and Less Blood. Works well with mods that prevent enemies exploding into tiny, implausible pieces when hit by weapons.

My favorite so far is "Dragon Age II Redesigned", which adds a darker, grimier look to Kirkwall.

It also has updated looks for many of the NPCs (which somehow manages to make Cassandra look even lovelier). 

I combine it with the Dog Summon Replacement one, to have her running around with me at all times. 


I also used the Fair-skinned Isabela mod.  (can't seem to find it anymore at the site though)

hm I like some of those, but others look like too much contrast.

haha wish the companions talked to him while walking around in town, rather than just at the manor. Dog in DAO had funny conversations.

First off I want to thank everyone, there are some pretty neat mods here that will make me start another playthrough. Here is what I had used:

1. Miscellaneous mods for character creation (PT's and Chargen revamp)
2. Sunnie's item pack
3. Visual Add item
4. Valuable Junk
5. Warden Trailer Armor

I would like to see more armor retextures for rogues. I love Stalker Boar Hides but it would be great if it looked a bit more buttoned down.

Bah, willing suspension of disbelief is firmly in effect for me. But to each her own. The real offensive ones are those that change a character's race, IMO.
