After I got the Green Blade from the boy in Redcliff, I returned after the battle and then returned it to them.

But... I just noticed I still have it in my inventory?
Is this a bug?

I'm pretty sure I insisted they take it. But now I can't remember, it may be I chose the wrong option without paying attention.

Is there anyway to check? I cant really reload, because I'm so much further on in the game.

It is a bug, yes. If you have it equipped, you still keep it, although the game assumes you gave it back. If it wasn't long ago, check the dialogues you've had.

Same situation here. If you did, in fact, give the sword back, then it is mentioned in the epilogue. It will still be in your inventory afterwards either way.
