Hi all,
Messed up my toon about 4 or 5 times now, and I cant go back on any of it, so I am starting over. Heres what I am trying to deside, a Human Rogue (assassin/Duelist) or a duel Fullsize weapons Human warrior (Zerker/Champain). I did play a Rogue, which is the one that is messed up. And I loved running with Morrigan, Wynne, and Alistair. But if I am a Warrior I am going to need a Rogue for locks which would be Lelian, but would I want Alistar since I would be in that much armor even if I dont have a shield?
My main problem is I am not sure how I will like the Warrior over the Rogue. I do love the damage he puts out, but was hoping to save more people in Redcliff, but lost quite afew. (not my only mistake, spec, messed up some quests etc) Trying to get it right for the trasfer to 2. And I havent played all the way throught yet.
Messed up my toon, so Starting over, need some Options on class.

what I am wanting is input on this to builds, and what you might change about them. I am thinking since I did the human, do the noble Dwarf.

The only time that I saved everyone in Redcliffe was as a mage, and I used every immobilization spell possible as it was available (glyphs, cone of cold, fireball, crushing prison, mind blast, force field, etc.). If I was a non-mage, I'd either control one of the companion mages or just hope for the best. Also, try to cast fireball on approaching enemies and not where it will hit anyone that you're trying to keep alive.
If you liked Alistair and Wynne, I'd just replace Morrigan with Leliana so you have someone to pick locks/disarm traps. Then just focus on strength and get enough dexterity for the dual wield talents if you're using two non-daggers.
Also, check the wiki site link in my signature.

That might not be a good idea for a little bit cos it has been attacked by trolls - and some of the pages have be vandalised and hae everything repalced by rubbish.

are mages just that powerful? I love the mage on 2, I messed with all 3 and in the demo of 2 and love the mage. I was thinking about starting over with a mage at some point. I heard the ending for the human you get to be king. is it that good of an ending?

You need to be human noble to become king. Mages are very powerful yes.

That's news. I use that site quite often and haven't noticed.

Question, and if you could just a simple yes or no, Does the king part of the human make it over into DA 2? I mean is it ever talked about.

berserker+duel wield warrior is only good if your using daggers. Also with full size weapons you suffer on defense so you will still need a tank.
