It's common knowledge that indoctrination onyl effects organics and not Synthetis like the Geth. rewatching the Lazarus scene and hearing about all the cybernetic implants Shepard gets, is it possible that She is now immune to indoctrination?  Thoughts?

Possibly.

But she can be [SPOILER]. Remember Overlord?

Indoctrination works by affecting brainwaves (think it does anyways), so it would still effect shepard

Shepard's brain is still organic. Therefore indoctrination is still possible.

Keep in mind, though, for strong-willed people, especially ones who are aware of indoctrination, the process is slow, subtle, and takes prolonged exposure to work.

Arrival might have done something, though, considering Shepard is sedated next to a Reaper artifact for two days.

All those Shes confused me,I always forget all the shepbroads here hehehe.

To the OP, it's possible...but we know the HE(hahahaha!she) shows great resiliance and a strong mind as how he managed to survive the encounters with the beacons

Err... so, hang on a second.

*Thinks hard*

You're saying that Shepard might have a synthetic brain?

I'm thinking Shepard is immune to indoctrination. Possibly due to the beacons and the Cipher (although that wouldn't explain Saren) or something else entirely, but s/he seems to cope with all this contact with Reapers and close proximity to Object Rho without any signs of indoctrination.

Maybe this is why the Reapers want him/her so badly?

Significant synethic bits, anyway.  His/her brain is still probably mostly organic.  If he/she was COMPLETELY synthetic, [that one thing in Overlord] would have been able to completely control him/her.

I think that it's naive to consider the Heretics indoctrinated. And Legion has a unique stance towards them throughout his Loyalty Mission.

The geth are sentient. Is it impossible to consider that they would look for some sort of deity? Saren provided them with one.

After all, the geth seem to have some emotions already.

Explains quite a lot.

Never really wondered HOW Shepard was being controlled before :pinched:
