Most of my epic fails were using Charge as a Vanguard. The number of times I've charged someone I thought was the last of the bunch only to find myself surrounded by 3 or 4 more who I'd just run straight into the middle of! Really annoying.

In other words, if you have time to bend over and kiss....the bottom of your left foot, you have time to use the Cain.

Yeah, it took me ages to work out how to use the thing. At first I didn't realize you had to keep holding the trigger down, then it took a while to twig that you needed 100% ammo before it would fire

The last time I felt I needed to fire the Cain was the final fight in The Long Walk on Insanity.

It missed the Scion.

The wall was roughly 2 meters behind said Scion, so I didn't feel too bad.

the cain. awesome weapon if it actually worked!! my first run i tried it on horizon. i missed....i couldnt figure out why i was talking damage. then i got hit by a beam.....game over. same run i tried it on the terminreaper...and missed. havent used it since

You know, the more I think about it, the more I wonder if they designed the Cain to be an inside joke. Seriously, it takes a special kind of stupid to want to turn a nuke into a handgun. However, when used properly, it's an effective "I win" button, so maybe it's a good thing it's so difficult to use...

Another fail moment: I was playing Arrival as a vanguard, and saw these two guys standing next to each other. I thought, gee, I can take them both out pretty quick, so I charged.

Little did I know, they were both pyros.

I really don't like pyros.

Ah yes, Pyros. I especially don't like the PyroVorcha in Archangel's(Garrus for those who don't know haha) recruitment mission. You know the part, where you blow the head off a vorcha, hop over the wall, turn the corner, and the pyro is there to meet you. Especially annoying on Insanity, when a concussive shot doesn't knock him on his ass because of armor...

My biggest epic fail aside from the one I posted earlier involved Thane's recruitment. It was my very first runthrough, and I was getting ready to board the big elevator. The squaddies delivered their "uh, maybe we should stand back" line and I didn't heed it. I got my head blown off in 3 seconds flat.

I used the cain on the derelect Reaper and shot it too close to the ground and blow myself up.

Not that its a gameplay fail, but more of a bug fail.

When i go into Mordins clinic, if i take a sharp turn by the receptionists desk, it ports me up inside the ceiling and i cant get down. Plus auto save takes me back to start of the mission. This happens to me at least 50% of the time and i know about it too!

I laugh at Pyros when I play as Sentinel. They think they're so good, jumping around corners like some cheap boggy man. Assault Armor takes care of that.
