Okay, I had just finished playing Brothers In Arms: Hell's Highway. I booted up ME2, and forgot that you can't suppress enemies just by firing heaps of bullets at them. Needless to say, I ran out of ammo pretty fast. But my biggest fail would have to be charging at a krogan, mano-a-mano.

My typical fail (happened to me at least dozen times already, which makes it really bad):
I fight a heavy mech from cover. At some point it comes too close and I want to retreat a little so I wait until it stops firing and charges up his missiles. Then I press shift to get out of cover to retreat but I forget that I still have my finger on W so Shep jumps over the cover right in front of the mech. I frantically try to get back (that is when the cursing starts) but the mech fires its missile and BAM, good buy Shepard.

I was driving down the street one day when I noticed a blonde with a great arse walking to the bus stop. As I drove past her I continued my eye perve in the rearview mirror. Nice legs, tight waist, flat abs, wicked rack, pretty fa- OMFG it's my sister!

Happened to me too, but the reaper is easy enough to beat without heavy weapons.

I hardly fail epicly, but my biggest mistakes in the game were for one, to listen to Jacob and letting him do the specialist job in the suicide mission. The other was trusting Miranda on her word that she can keep up the barrier as good as any other biotic. Which she can't.

Charge is a worthless ability, I've gotten killed by lesser foes than Krogan after using it.  Enemies just shrug it off and immediately go on the attack after you hit them.

On Zaeed's loyalty mission I fell through the surface planet into cyberspace beneath the map. I kept falling until I hit something invisible and died.

I showed those physics who's boss.

Yeah, I have a Cain story, as well.  When Arrival came out, I was trying to get the Object Rho achievement.  Got all the way to the end of the waves with my Infiltrator when they brought out the YMMR Mech.  I brought out the Cain.  

As you can probably guess, I killed myself with much fiery fanfare.

This was my third run, and it was the closest I had gotten to getting the achievement.  I thought I was going to lose my ever-loving mind.

Hell's Highway was a good good time...single player! but the mulitplayer was non-existant...i mean...no one ever played the multi-player....it was terrible.  Throw on some Mass Effect Textures and sounds and that would be worth a another playthrough

i lost all my me1/me2 saves and now am rushing to finish at least 1 trilogy playthrough...problem is, the game wont launch on my laptop....

I tend to be a Pyro myself when I play Vanguard. Biotic charge and Flame Thrower can be a nifty combination


Keeping on topic, though, the Pyro's in Arrival were a real pain. For some reason they seem to be invulnerable to bulltes in certain situations. Numerous times I kept blasting them with a shotgun and seemingly missing. Seconds later, I'm toast

That battle [LotSB, when truckloads of SB troops are landing] can be rough if you don't kill enemies quickly enough.  Once I was just breezing through, killing everything as it landed.  I ran to get ready for the next flying truck only to have it land on me and kill me. 

Ouch. Nobody deserves that.

That's why I keep copies of my games on an USB Stick just in case I ever need to back them up. Data is not really up to date because I don't update the files after every gaming session, but I lose only little progress.

I tried backing up my ME saves to a USB but it only let me copy the ME1 ones. When I try to copy ME2 saves it says you can't do that for that sort of file.

I assumed that they're copy protected or something?

Edit: just realized you may be talking about PC. My saves are on the Xbox.

I hate them with a special kind of hatred I have for nothing else in this game. I hate the Reapers, for instance, but I just want to kill them. I don't particularly want to see them suffer. My Sheps will shoot a pyro's tanks just to see him scramble to get his pack off before it blows up.

I'm sure my hate 's based entirely on the pyro vorcha around the corner in Garrus' loyalty mission. He waxed me again and again before I learned how to deal with them.

Anyway, back to topic. So I start a new game as a Femshep Infiltrator in ME1, who's a repeat and is already Level 52. I figure I'll let my teammates hang back and get as far as I can without dying once.

I look around a rock and get blasted in the face by a rocket -- on Eden Prime.

Cain Fail: Arrival, 5 Waves, me wanting to blow the Mech away. Only shucks, got blown away by his missiles before the Cain loaded xD

ME1, Noveria: Getting thrown by Benezia or a Commando in the corner, instant kill

There probably is more, but meh ...

Vanguard epic fail

I once felt of a Collector platform like that (the last part of the vid), and I wasn't even mad about it, mostly just started laughing and was like lolwut. IIRC it was the one just before the two Scions on the suicide mission. I tried to get a good angle on them, so I could put one in Stasis ASAP, and bam my Shep starts falling into the depths of Collector base and critical mission failure followed soon after.

My buddy once vanguard rushed, but before he did that, he died, so a body that was flaing rushed at em, kinda like the video above, but you saw the body. Funny.
