Calling on Mr. Rip

Plan on trying the elemental archer myself and I'm looking at the equipment list having the same issue as you. Such as whether to use helm of the champion (+6% crit damage, 3$ crit chance) vs Tevinter Enchanter’s Cap (+6% fire damage). My thinking is fire damage would be better for a more constant increase. I don't have a save I can play test it myself.

Edit: I read your PM. I deleted the topic cause I changed my mind quite considerable. I had already ditched the entire archery tree

Here is the changes I made between deleting the topic and reading your messages. One thing I should say is I'm not really interested in exploiting the specialist bug. I'm trying to make it as legit as possible. (although I am gold glitching cause I want to collect all the unique gear I can)
