I will buy a new PC and i have saves from characters in NWN2 in this one. Is there a way to export my characters to the other PC or i'll have to create new ones?

You can export your characters to the localvault directory from the character screen and then copy them over to your new PC. You can also copy over your saved games to your new PC.
