I was messing around using the test elf heads provided in this mod ~> 
ChargenRevamp

and came up with (at least what I think?) might be a decent head replacement for Zevran.

You can view the screenshots below, I have included the nose sliders (because I was actually able to give the Elven nose some slope.)
