Certain Conversations will not trigger when I press A on the Controller to interact with them.

- Forvan on OMega (Bartender who Poisons you)
- Hermia on Illium (Female Asari you have to talk during Gianna Parasini Quest)

After I Reload my latest Save. The Conversation will than Trigger Correctly

Had that as well. Though I just walked around a bit to trigger other things and went back to them.

A worrying thing to occur though.
