Well, I'm pretty much posting in desperation now.  The game crashes the second I try to go back to the Normandy.  I've replayed the fight with the SB, saved right after the cutscenes and conversation with Liara (no other save than to go back before the battle and I've already done that and refought the battle).  I've done everything other than reinstall that I've seen posted on these forums - tried an earlier save and reloaded (just before the final battle), turned off graphics options, tried in windowed mode, set the game affinity higher, nothing seems to work.  I've search google, no luck other than what I've already tried.  If anyone else has any possible solutions, I'd appreciate.  Haven't been stuck with a game ending bug like that in a long long time . . . very frustrating ending to a great DLC

Try re-installing the DLC specifically? (Re-download, of course, don't just use the same installer that brought you this problem.)

Ah, a work around. If I leave with Liara, I can get back to the ship. I can also reenter the SB ship and do other stuff after meeting with Liara. I would have rather come back and had her visit later but this will have to do. Kind of bad EA/Bioware didn't do anything about this, seemed to be a rather common bug from what I've read.
