I've got the black emporium, warrior set and rogue set waiting to be manually downloaded but everytime i try my web page freezes up and closes down, i can get into all sites etc but whenever i attempt to download my DLC it kicks a stink and boots me out...any suggestions on how to get my DLC would be really great. thanks.
CANT GET DLC !!

I've seen similar problems when downloading larger files, try to start the download, do something else and return after a while. If the problem is because the web browser had a bit to much to handle at the same time it should be solved by that otherwise I can only advice you to try in another web browser.

ive just had this, downloaded the BE and item packs no probs but i just went to DL the Exiled Prince and IE9 crashed, but it seems to be fine on my laptop, also IE9

I'm in the same boat; just purchased the Rouge Pack and every time I attempt to download IE 9 crashes.

do you have access to another computer? I was able to dl on my laptop and copy the file back to my main pc no probs

Anti Virus is blocking it, have to uninstall or turn off anti-virus program, Down load your DLC's then re-install or turn your antivirus back on.

Thanks, turning off anti-virus worked for me. I download from Bioware all the time, weird how this is my first run in with that error.
