OK, so this is the support forum and my question is more advice and guidance related but I don't see anywhere else to post this. So here goes.
I've been gaming for a long time but never bothered with DLC for any games I've played. But I have been totally blown away by both Mass Effect games and now, especially with the release of "Arrival", last month, I think it's time I finally downloaded some DLC for both games. I plan on hooking into XBLlive marketplace using a CAD6 ether net cable directly from my modem to my 360 console. (I've seen it done so I know it's do-able). I'll be using a 16Gig flashdrive to save the content. (I'm using the Arcade console and I can't afford an external hard drive).
I want to start new ME campaign(s) from the beginning and will be saving everything on the flash drive in preparation of ME3 next winter and I will of course want to import my Shepard's stats etc . SO I am hoping 16 GB will be sufficient for both games including all DLC (I don't think I'll be getting Pinnacle Station though)
Does anyone see any problems in doing this? Any sugestions, comments and advice is appreciated.
First time to download DLC.

It's a shame you can't afford an external HD, because ideally it's the preferred option as far as I am concerned. But you work within your own budget and I am sure you'll get round to it if you can.
If you'll only be using the flash drive for game saves and the dlcs I think it should be fine; though that really does depend on how many characters and saves you make.
While I think dlc for ME3 seems a bit strange (the conclusion of the ME trilogy) I still expect there to be dlc released for it; so how much space you'll need for ME3 is very much guess work.
I can't see any problem with using a wired connection for XBox Live. I haven't gone wireless yet and only have the one cable, so I have to unplug my PC connection to hook up to my 360. Works fine as far as I am concerned, though I don't play games online (I only have a Silver account).
Depending how many different Shepards you want to create, I do suggest renaming them so you know which Shepard has what character.
