Can someone tell me how often Health potions drip on NIGHTMARE? - all variables considered i.e ratio of how many potions you have etc.

nightmare poultice thresholds are 3 for each poultice. If you're under that on; health, lyrium, first aid, stamina. It will more then likely drop a poultice. Which means you can sell all your poultices for coin because the game will gift you more.

The threshold is 4, on Nightmare. And don't sell them, stash them so you have 60-80+ potions for the end fights.
