Hey..

I just bought Draon Age, and the redeem code that gives "free" armor? I typed the code on dragonage.bioware.com/redeem, but i can't find it on "Downloadeable " in the game on my PS3? How do i get it? + I don't have it in the Inventory either?

seems lots of people, including me, are having problems with the dlc. and not just the armor one. some say it will be available on the 20th. don't know but its annoying to say the least!

I am having the same problem but i have managed to download the blood armor, i havent been able to download the stone golem though. Please fix this Bioware (or EA?).

I typed in all my codes before anything was available (like a fool) and got nothing. But when the Dalish Promise Ring appeared it was registered that I had already purchased it. The only worrying thing is that the Stone Prisoner DLC is up on the PSN store, but hasn't appeared on the ingame DLC list. Hopefully this will sort itself out.

As far as i see on my part i have goten the blood Dragon armor to work but not seen bergen's honor; Final Reson or Grimoire of the frozen wastes. or ben able to get Shale. have sent mail to technical suport and also waiting for response.

awaiting response from ea too given them as much detail as possible it seems on the profile it has updated but on the ps3 it doesnt seem to care >_<

@itachi85.. load up the game, go to downloadable content... there is an option in there to redeem codes...



(but at the moment the stone prisoner doesnt seem to work

but on a plus side the armour is (for some))

The same thing happened to me. Shale just disappeared. The Blood Dragon Armor is in my "Downloadable Content". I wonder what's going on...? However, all DLC content can be seen on"Your registered game promotions" but not in-game on the PS3. It's already the 20th of November and I have the European CE edition of the game.

I have also fallen victim to the "Blood Dragon Armor" promo code I didnt realize the account that i first set up does not have the same email as my ps3 network account before I redeemed the code for "Blood Dragon Armor". So I set up another one and got the other promo storyline thing for shale prisoner or whatever that is called so it appears I am screwed.

Seriously if any EA or Bioware employees are reading this you should just let people have another code so that they can get their "Blood Dragon Armor" that is rightfully owed to them.



I have tried to send emails to support but it they never seem to get through or answered. I'm thinking about trying to call them if I can find a number and hopefully get connected with a real live person who can just give me another promo code.



I hope that they have learned their lesson about fuzzy promo code redemption instructions and can resolve this issue. Honestly I think that the whole come to our website and register thing was just a way to get people on their site and be able to promote whatever other games they make but it really is just a disaster.
