 I have activated Leliana's romance through the console by running the debug command, and i slowly raised her approval through gifts to see if it worked. I can get the dialogue about the starts at night, and kiss her, but from then on there is no way to initiate the romance wiith her. Even at 100 approval she won't proposition the warden.

Why is this? Should what the warden's said in the past to her (Pretty rude to her) influence this romance when it's been manually ticked through the console? DOesn't the flag ticking through the console render all the pre-romance stuff un-needed?

Lelianna generally won't sleep with you until near the end of the game unless you want to take the route of hardening her through doing her personal quest after you finish it she will question her beliefs and you need to convince her that it's her nature and she enjoyed being a bard.

To get her mission full approval sometimes makes her skip the dialogue you need to get her personal quest. Try lowering her approval to around 70 and look for the dialogue about spies in Orlais after you talk to her travel a while and then talk to her again and she should confess about her past and soon after you'll get a random encounter that starts her personal quest.

Thats where i screwed up. I told her to get over it when she was talking about Marjolain, completely forgetting that dialogue was the one thats starts the romance. I'm now about 10 hours further into the game and was trying to activate her romance without going to a previous save, and doing everything again.

I though activating her romance through the console would bypass this dialogue, as it manually sets the romance to on.

Did you complete her quest? You need to finish the quest with majorlene and have her be in love with you which is approval of 91 or higher and then she should ask you to stay in her bed.

Are any other romances active currently? sometimes that stops romance flags working like they should.

Yes i completed her quest, told her to kill Marjolaine, but when she talked about it afterwards, i told her to get over it, so her conversation was cut short.

I have literally tried every mod and console command and Leliana still won't do anything. It says "love" at 99% approval, yet she still just says "I'm here for you". And yes i broke up with morrigan, still won't work.

The only thing i can suggest is finish a quest and then go back to camp sometimes it decides to give you more dialogue that way. Apart from that don't know what else you could possibly do to make her give you some tent time.
