I ran the Arival DLC installer and the first time running the game I got a message saying I couldn't connect to the account with which I purchased the DLC - "Try again later". That was 2-3 days ago. I still don't see anything in-game indicating that Arival is actually installed. I'm at the end of the Overloard DLC and won't have much else to do within an hour more of playing. How do I know if Arival is actually installed?

Hacket talks to you in a message/vid call if you are past Horizon and it is installed correctly.

So I would try to reinstall it, and make sure all your accounts are the same and entered correctly.

Under your settings, try disconnecting then reconnecting your online account, making sure it's the same one you used to purchase the DLC. I made the mistake of trying to load my DLC without connecting to my account first (after I re-downloaded the DLC and did a clean install of ME2 for various reasons) and it gave me the same (or at least a very similar box of text) indicating a problem.

Well I have completed Horizon and all the DLC packs since then. I'm now at Atlas Station and re-installed with all accounts as accurate as possible, but still no indication that Arival is available to play once I complete Overlord. I'll wait until I finish Overlord and see if that's what triggers the new content.
